- £50 per hour of agreed mentoring work.
- Standard bookings include a 45-minute mentoring call and 15 minutes of preparation and follow-up, paid at £50 in total.
- Choose your availability and how many sessions you accept.
- Circo manages institutional relationships, learner bookings and payment administration.
- Receive monthly payment for completed sessions.
- Access opportunities for separately paid workshops, portfolio reviews and guest talks.
- Receive payment protection for eligible late cancellations under Circo's published cancellation policy.
Payment is for booked work — joining the network does not guarantee bookings. Any additional preparation, ongoing messaging or portfolio feedback must have an agreed scope and payment. Applications are reviewed before profiles become visible or bookings can be accepted.
